We’re delighted to share that Bethesda Eventide Homes has been accredited as a Living Wage Employer! This means every member of our wonderful team earns a real Living Wage – one that reflects the true cost of living.
Our staff are at the heart of everything we do, and this recognition reinforces our commitment to valuing, supporting, and rewarding the incredible people who make our home such a special place – with compassion, respect, and fairness at the heart of everything we do

We are so proud to share that Bethesda Eventide Homes won the End of Life Care Award at the Suffolk Care Awards!
Caring for people at the end of their life is such a privilege. It’s a part of our work that is always done with love, compassion, and respect – and to have this recognised means the world to us.
This award is also a lovely tribute to all the residents we’ve cared for over the years, and to the families who have trusted us to be there during such precious moments.
Thank you to our amazing team for the care you give every single day, and to the Suffolk Care Awards for this award!

Tom attended the Apollo Health and Social Care celebration.
Tom collected an award for Employer of the year, and a certificate for the Homes outstanding commitment to the project, an initiative to raise awareness of working within Health and Social care.
Tom has delivered teaching to over 200 students at Suffolk New College, providing insight and understanding on supporting individuals who live with Dementia. Many of these students have then asked to join us for work experience, several of whom have gone on to successfully join our team.
December 2023
We were delighted to be presented with a certificate of accreditation from St Elizabeth Hospice indicating a high standard of end-of-life care at the Homes.
Deirdre, Claire and Tom all attend regular meetings at the Hospice to ensure we are up to date with best practice, and the Hospice also visit us to observe and assess our provision of end-of-life care and review all of our documentation. All of this goes towards our accreditation, and we are very proud to have received this accreditation!
